After I paid the $79 (rather expensive sum, more if you consider that it didn't worked properly or not at all); my activation code didn't work, once I wrote it down and pressed click it displayed a red flag and the next message "Some troubles with connecting to TheGem server."
What can I do to make it work as it should? Is there any way to talk with a human about this issues I'm getting?
