hello the product picture is only half in the box. How can i place the picture more down zo the hole picture is good visible and you don't have that major white space?

I have deleted those themes. 

but now it automaticaly deleted my child theme and it has gone back to theme Twenty Seventeen.

What has this to do with replace a picture?

ok i will do you have advise how big it must be or can i some where see what the best size would be?

But that is not the size is it possible to change the hight of the frame. Maybe i can change it in FTP like last time (https://codexthemes.ticksy.com/ticket/1366839/) we have also fixed the problem here with FTP i changed the code : 

'thegem-portfolio-1x-hover' => array(1287, 567, true),

And regenerated thumb nails but that didn't fixed it this time

I almost fixed it, is just searching for the right size now. I thought it wasn't working, but i there is some delay in the website updates. 

And if I want to upload the functions.php to my child theme the website crashes. Is there a solution for this?

the whole functions.php so when I do an update of the theme i don't have to adjust the changes I made in the HTML of the functions.php
