I am trying to remove the WooCommerce plugin and options but it crashed the site. Godaddy has told me it is a theme issue and to contact the authors. I want to remove these plugins without crashing the site.

Okay, I was able to remove and reinstall the plugins. however, if you try to buy an item, the "Proceed to PayPal" option never is allowed. Please help.
