Hi I uploaded and activated child theme and this is what all my pages look like right now. I tried to reinstall both the parent theme and the child theme several times now. Nothing seems to work.

I restored my whole page from backup and repeated the process of installing the child theme. This time it worked but when i tried to update the parent theme same problem occured

I tried to repeat the process again. No luck! Site is available now Please help Are You there?

I have two questions: 
1. Will I be able to update the Theme in the future without this error?

2. To update the theme do I need to switch to the default themes or is staying on the child theme through the update enough?

Well, this person had a problem with his child and parent theme. And you apparently solved the issue, but what was the solution that fixed the problem?

Because I have an issue to with my child and parent theme. (I described this in an closed ticket from macgaffy-fashion)
