I just purchased your excellent TheGem theme for wordpress and when I came to the point to install the widgets from the zip package I purchased, basically all woocommerce widjets turned out to be not compatible to TheGem - see attachment -. 

So also in the uploaded demo files, the shop sites show errors. 

 I purchased TheGem primarily for the shop function and - sort by price,tag, etc - which I cant use now. 

Could you please let me know a fix that works?

go on Tools > Widget importer and Exporter >than import demo_widgets.wie that is included in the big zip that you get on purchse that contains all you need. I assumed that advertised plugins should work with TheGem, which is not the case. 

Until support moves I found a possible work around. Searching all the not supported plugins manually. They have different names, so not easy to identify. For this reason as well, it would be very good if support could either get me an updated zip containing compatible plugins or an updated list containing the most recent names of the required plugins. 

Why dont you visit my grandma first and tell her that story?
