I know that WP Bakery comes included with TheGem, but I actually purchased WP Bakery for my company separately in order to access the template library. I cannot download the templates because TheGem keeps overriding my own product license via what the folks at WP Bakery identified as "vc_set_as_theme" code in TheGem. Can you kindly advise on what code I need to alter/omit in order to be able to access these templates?

I see in browser console that a lot of wordpress system files are unavailable on your site:
But I see these files by ftp.
Please check your site or server configuration.
