Hi
We got the Gem theme a few weeks ago but have not been able to upload it as keep getting all sorts of errors.
When "import of selected demo concepts" i keep getting the error:
"Ajax error. Try again.."
(This happens when try upload "TheGem_Theme" Zip)
Second error im getting at times is:
"Error 403 - This web app is stopped."
Third error im getting is:
"http://fonuawordpress.azurewebsites.net is currently unable to handle this equest. HTTP ERROR 500"
Any advice?

Hi, Seems like the problem in your php settings. Take a look:

Hi Gregor,
We have actually tried this last week and did not change anything. Will ask IT to give it another go and see what happens.

Our IT department tried this and got rid of some of the problems but when i try to import the demos im still getting the "Ajax error. Try again.."
