Hey,, I have seen the website came with signup and login feature, but I can not see it that possible in the theme to make the people signup or register so they can go to the other page which allow them to have a user friendly purchase page!
Is it possible with this theme or I have to buy a template , or do some html ?

Signup/register is a not theme interface. You need to install some 3rd party plugin to activate this.
