I am creating my own seller account on my eCommerce website. When I register, it tells me to check email. The email does not show up. It also doesn't give me the option to resubmit in the event I DIDN'T receive the email, which all websites do. When I tried it again about an hour later, I got the page that asked for me to check my email and verify (attached screenshot) again. I received the email this time (attached), but it does not have a "Link" to make a "Verification" to sell on my site. Therefore, I cannot create a password, and subsequently, cannot log into the account. If my vendors cannot log into their accounts, they won't be able to sell on my site! What is the issue here? Please advise?
I tried it again a third time after opening this ticket, and once again, I received no email! What the heck is going on? My vendors can NOT be running into problems like this! Why doesn't anything ever work right? Why does it always have to be a humongous hassle? Please advise immediately!
Just figured out that the email I did receive was because I tried to manually enter the password into the account through Wordpress. So the email I was getting was for me (the site owner) and not for the vendor. The vendor is NOT RECEIVING ANY EMAILS EVEN THOUGH THE EMAIL ADDRESS HAS BEEN ENTERED CORRECTLY EVERY TIME! Man, this is frustrating!
I checked registration on your site. I registered without any problem as customer and as vendor. I received verification mails without any problem.

Hey, Max. Yeah, I wasn't sure if this was a TheGem situation or WooCommerce. Thank you for checking it out, though. I really appreciate it. I checked my spam folders and all that, but the emails never showed. Strange.
