Hi, I opened a private ticket last night detailing an urgent issue. With the new WooCommerce update, including updating Template files, my Shop has subsequently crashed. I provided by WP Admin and FTP Access details but more than 12 hours later I haven't heard anything. Can someone please help me?
Is someone finally working on the problem? Because I am paying someone else to do it and they are saying someone is renaming files and doing other things that he is right now working on. If there is someone doing something can they please stop now.
