I try to activate TheGem theme (from TheGem theme options) and wordpress informs an error: Some troubles with connecting to TheGem server.

Also I try to install some needed an recommended plugins and the error is the same:

I have the same issue, i provided the wp-admin access via mail. With no luck..

I do get the following message when i try to create a new ticket:
