When I updated the codexThemes elements plugin that is required I get 505 errors until I went into FTP and changed that plugins folder name. Now it works fine. Do I NEED to have that particular plugin enabled for this template to work?
You just re-installed the old version. I clicked to update it and I get the same problem. It takes the site totally down. We need our updates to go smoothly moving forward. Please advise.
The problem is that it still crashes when you try to update this plugin.
1. You did not fix it. You only reinstalled the old plugin again, version 1.01
2. I logged in and it said to update to 1.03
3. I clicked the update button and the site went down and was totally white.
4. I fixed it and reverted back to your 1.01 instillation.
5. In the admin panel the plugin no longer says it needs to be updated, but it is still the old version, 1.01 See the screenshot included where it shows it is still the old version.
We are VERY concerned that a+fter a few weeks, months, or even a year the site will be updating every other plugin, but yours won't let us update it and the site crashes. We need to be sure we have the current version and that it works.
Please update this plugin to your newest 1.03 version ASAP. This has already set our project back a week.

It is a redesign of the one in the main directory so the one you need to look at is in the "dev" directory.
Hi,
I've reinstalled this plugin and seems everything working fine now, can you confirm?
