I got some troubles when filling in variable products. 

It shows an error and cannot seem to find the reason why this shows. 

Could you please help me out getting rid of the error?

With all of the Zip documents I try to upload, I get the next sentence: ''Unable to create directory uploads/2018/08. Is its parent directory writable by the server?''

I did what the documentation said, downloaded the Zip file from Envato Market, looked for the TheGem_theme.zip and tried to upload it through ''teams'' on Wordpress, but my website keeps showing the same message.. 

I'm not really handy yet with all of this and do not know what they mean with 'Is its parent directory writable by the server?.
