    Hi,

    I just bought a regular licence. As my business name has not been approved yet, I cannot register any domain. 

    My question is, can I install the theme on one of my domain ( I need to start my website construction asap ) and when domain is clear, move the website to the new domain, without purchasing another licence of course.

    Hi,

    Yes, you can have 1 dev copy of the theme.
