just don't know what to call the topic. 

Pls take a look at attachment. The blue area cannot be seen a device and it can bee seen  on anther device, when I check through different devices. Means the left hand of background photo is appear or not appear moving from one device to another. Am I clear here? 

The other problem is, no matter how many times I tried, the area marked with red rectangle is exist, one time at the left and another time at the right side right below the yellow color. 

Is your theme not responsive? 

Pls tell me what to do.  Do you have refund policy, by any chance?
