    i was wondering if it is possible to download the demo content without importing it, so trough a browser or seomthign but that it doesnt get  addded to my site media, that i can offline look at the files and import one by one the images i will use.

    Sorry, no, it's not possible, you can make one new test install import the content there to see the shortcodes settings.
