I have unticked Disable "Smooth Scroll" in Theme Options, but any button I place, directing to another section id on the same page is not smooth scrolling and jumps directly to that section. Is there any other setting somewhere in Theme Options or in the page settings which I need to set to make smooth scrolling happening?

Can you add few screenshots what button you're using. if you're using custom code you need to add class "scroll-to-anchor"
