Hi all 

When The Gem theme is active and when i try to reach my site, i reach to "under maintenance" page. I disable the gem theme and activate another wordpress classic theme, then it becomes accessible.  

I have disabled all plugins and i have re-updated wordpress but doesn't work. It looks like theme is in "maintenance mode" but i could not figure out how to disable it.

The thing is that when i log in wp-admin and try to enter the site, it looks like it works without a problem.
Try to enter the site while you are not logged in admin panel.

I am confused with the shot you've sent - its a shot from admin panel, but my problem is to reach the main page - website itself when i am not logged in the admin panel.
I have tried to enter the site via different computers but still having "under maintenance" page.
