In the text block we don't have such option. If you need to change the font of the h tags you can use theme options. If you need to change it in the separate title use custom heading there you can set font size:

i figure it out :)
I need to change the text in the orginal way so i installed a plugin called "font By Brad Dalton - WP Sites" and it helped me
