How can I get rid of the Demo text header and breadcrumbs in order to customize my own post? 

I see that all aspects of the blog post do not work like a regular WP blog post - title doesn't populate onto template, slug doesn't customize, posts don't seem to be templates, must be duplicated and then customized individually, etc

I do see that the slug is similar to the header, but I still think they are unrelated. I just want this whole header section to disappear forever as much as possible

I've gotten into the setting in the backend editor. I'm going to just remove it. Dismiss this question. TY
