I've installed TheGem theme and then add woocommerce plugin as well as alidropship plugin.
When I'm using the woocommerce element propose by WPBackery Page Builder, the page will never load as you can notice with the attached link (standard page coming with TheGem theme).

I doubt there is a missing MySQL. The environment and Wordpress has been automatically setup by Godaddy...
