Where to Customize CSS?

    Hi, I noticed that there is a few locations on the theme to customize CSS.

    I am wondering where should I make the changes to avoid future conflicts or to slow down the website's speed:

    1) Theme Options > Advanced > Type your custom css here, which you would like to add to theme's css (or overwrite it)

    OR

    2) Appearance > Customizing > Additional CSS
