I installed the plugin which you said and create one menu set also the name is Home menu, but i can't understand what do the exact changes. can you please do that

I think there is another way to make iy
Create one more menu and set it on the home page via this plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/page-specific-menu-items,
in this menu to the home add the link to the "#site-header-wrapper"
it should work, pls. let me know.
