Recently used your support to get help with TheGem theme, therefore I gave my login info on a PRIVATE ticket on this site. Since then, I have figured out the issue but now I no longer have access to the administration portion of MY site. Curious whether this means I have been hacked and how I can go about fixing this as the site is due in less than 48 hours.
I have changed my passwords multiple times but it seems like someone has taken my administrative privileges from my locally hosted site. Is that possible?
When I pull up the localhost domain on my computer and try to log in to edit it it tells me my password is wrong regardless of how many times I've changed it and complicate it. I no longer have access to edit it.
