    I AM ABSOLUTELY FRUSTRATED.

I need to understand the relationship between the pages, the portfolio and the gallery. I have a ticket open, but my tech support person, Michael, is of ABSOLUTELY NO HELP. So much so that I want to contact the better business bureau and complain about the service I am receiving. It's ridiculous.

I hope whoever gets this ticket can actually provide support and training for this theme.

    MY PROBLEMS:

FIRST,  on my homepage I have a portfolio section and the very first image is NOT lined up. SEE PHOTO 1.

SECOND, I would like the video to appear smaller and on the left side of the content page. HOW DO I DO THIS? The second photo I've included is how the page appears. The THIRD photo is how I NEED it to appear. HELP ME DO THIS PLEASE.

THIRD, what locations within the back-end do I need to include the content if I want each image of the portfolio section to appear and contain the same type of content as in PHOTO 4?

PLEASE, I BEG YOU, GIVE ME INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE MY PAGE WORK THE WAY I NEED IT TO. thank you.

    Hi,

I can't login with the data you provided.

    1. There is portfolio item without the image, portfolio ID - 30418, add there featured image.

    2. I need access to check.

    3. It's the portfolio types. Take a  look:

    https://codex-themes.com/thegem/documentation/#portfolios-p

Sorry, I can't understand what you need to achieve.

Please note if you comment on your ticket before we reply, your ticket will be pushed down of the tickets list.

Please try to log in now. I have verified it works. I understand you're in Europe. I'm just having a hard time getting answers to my questions. I'm not sure what part of my issues you don't understand, as I provide images for each question. Where are you lost? This is why I would like someone to call me. Its obviously much easier to explain when talking vs typing these questions out. I was as clear as I could possibly be.

    Again:

    1. The first image is not lined up. Is it when you look at the page? Please see attachment #1

    2. On this page: https://debxtalks.com/pf/sharon-lewis/   - I would like the video SMALLER as I have displayed it in attachment #2. I have been unsuccesful in any attempt to 'shrink' the video.

    3. I need each image that exists in the homepage portfolio section to contain each of the following icons on mouse over (attachment #3). I DO NOT understand how to have the video link display on the homepage in a lightbox (as it does for SHANNON BOE) WHILE also having the content link take me to a separate page  (as it does if you mouse over SHARON LEWIS). What pages does this template require to have access to ALL the icons as I have circled in attachment #3?

    Hi,

    1. The problem that you didn't set featured image in the first item, here:

    https://debxtalks.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=30418&action=edit

That's why there is empty space, pls. check now, I've added test image.

    2. Take a look at the attached video.

    3. Attach

Thank you for the solution videos!  You still did not answer my question for #3. I did watch both videos and I do understand how to get the video link to show up on the homepage portfolio section, but I also need a link to that page that contains the embeded video along with the short bio. I need ALL the links as shown in the attached image.
