WPBakery Blocks don't work, what blocks work?

    I am editing my Gem theme, and I am attempting to add new blocks via the WP Bakery menu (attached) and the one I have chosen doesn't appear after saving.

    If Gutenberg blocks and WP Bakery blocks that I am editing The Gem in don't work (or should they?) that makes me wonder if The Gem uses its own Blocks or what am I supposed to use to build my page?

    The specific block I am not seeing is the one attached

    Sorry, I don't see any problems in visual composer working, can you pls. provide more details what I need to make to see the issue?

    Hi Gregor, 

    When the Home page loads for viewer, the Hover Box WPBakery element is not rendering when viewed on updated Chrome and Firefox browsers on a Macbook Pro. I have just added a simple image to the About Us Page and it is not rendering in this instance either.

    Can't connect:

    Still can't connect SFTP:

    Command: keyfile "/home/vadim/Downloads/PrivateKey.ppk"
    Command: open "[email protected]" 22
    Error: ssh_init: Name or service not known
    Error: Could not connect to server
    Status: Waiting to retry...

    FTP:

    Error: Could not connect to server

    It seems like original problem was not enough time to allow for changes. I have changed it back to SFTP now. Give it about 30 minutes to populate then try again.

    Hi,

    Ok, I was able to connect and fixed the 500 error, on the main page there was set check box "Page as fullscreen vertical slider" that's why you can't see the bottom block, after I deactivated it, the page working:

    Ok. This is what I am seeing there now:


    Internal Server Error

    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    The site is now live, and it looks like the WPBakery Blocks I am currently using are working, thank you. My main remaining concern is wondering if WPBakery / visual editor blocks are configured to work in general now, as this site is being worked on currently.

    Please advise.
