A lot of the elements I am adding to my website are really spread far a part. is there a way to make the spaces between rows and stacked elements smaller? I know how to make them larger by adding padding and adjusting margins, but i want to make them smaller.

I just started the website and will probably need to make it in several places by time I finish. Is there any directions you can give me so I don't have to ask for help every time?

On this page http://www.actualvenue.com/home/ you can see spaces are uneven.

The space between the Feb divider and flyer below it is different than the march divider and the picture below it. I also have a ton of space between images in the widget areas.
