I tried to activate the gem on a new website am developing but got an error saying
You have exceeded the max. number of activations, allowed by this activation key. Please purchase an additional copy of theme in order to get a new valid activation key. In case of any questions in this concern please contact our support here - https://codexthemes.ticksy.com/submit/#100013212.
How many activations are allowed for each theme purchase
According the Envato rules you can have only 1 live install on the license. We allow to have the copy dev sub domains, so the URL should be dev.sitename.com also you can have unlimited installs on the local hosting. I've cleaned the installs on your license, so pls. activate now you live site.
Please note if you comment on your ticket before we reply, your ticket will be pushed down of the tickets list.
