I've put some setting like titel colours, fonts etc... on the them options but when I've activated the thegem-child-user-icons everything was lost, why ? I can't ketp them ? Sould I do all of them in the css files ? it's a bit annoying to have theme options and cannot kept them and do it again in the css files one by one

After the activation child theme you just need to click save in the theme options, to apply your settings in the child.
