I just bought the regular licence and after that download the theme and put the purchased key and found the message that your purchased code is blocked. Please do help me as I need to deliver this stuff asap
You have violated the license agreement and installed TheGem on many websites with the same license. That’s why your activation has been blocked. Here is the list of your URLs:
According to the Envato rules you can hаve only 1 live install (we also allow you to have 1 dev copy), I've unblocked your license so pls. activate gem theme on your live install, but pls. note, if the situation recurs, we will be forced to undertake legal steps. Thank you.

I am still facing the same issue. I have just installed wordpress and trying to activate the theme, but still its giving the same error. I haven't violated any rule. My theme forest account was hacked. I haven't used it on any of this website. Please provide me a new code and I will use it only on one website and make it secure.
