My question is basically "is it possible". Is it possible on any element in THEGEM (something from WPBakery or any slider tool) that will make it possible to change a background picture as a hoover effect? For example I have a fancy text and a button on a background of picture with bulb turn off. When someone use its mouse the hoover changes the picture to a bulb turn on.

By default, there are no such settings in the TheGem theme, but any effect can be made using custom CSS.
