By downloading the WP Bakery own templates, you are trying to access their premium content (it is not our content), which is available only in a standalone license version of WP Bakery plugin. We have included WP Bakery in our theme as a bundled plugin under developer license. This means, that all features and functions are available for usage, except additional template libraries, which are part of the standalone premium WP Bakery license.

When I use visual composer page builder, I try to download the visual composer template. But I received the message:
"Failed to download template"
I can browse the template, but I can't download any template?
