According the Envato rules you can have only 1 live install on the license.
We allow to have the 1 development copy on the dev sub domain, so the URL should be dev.sitename.com , also you can have unlimited installs on the local hosting.
I've cleaned the installs on your license, so now, pls. activate only your live site.

Do you mean i can only make one website with the template?
Yes, I've unblocked your license, you can activate only 1 live site now, otherwise your license will be blocked again.
