the logos are showing as a broken image on Chrome and on android after moving the website from my URL to the final URL of the client.
On Safari the logo is fine.
And second question: I bought a licence for my client under my name and with my credit card. How do I register their website and name for this licence?
Access to the linked image was not possible because the file permission to the file were set incorrectly. For an error-free access to your uploaded files, the files have access rights of 644 (read + write for owner, read for group and others) and for folders access rights 755 (read + write + owner, read + group and other ). These can be set via FTP or WebFTP.
For a quick change, I recommend the change via WebFTP. This requires a valid FTP account in the customer menu under "Web space> FTP accounts". You can then use these to connect to your webspace in the customer menu via "Webspace> WebFTP" via your browser. Afterwards you have the possibility to change the respective access rights of your files and folders via the button "change rights".
