The "theme options page" is not loading properly. It normally has the nice menu on the left with options to the right. It is like something is not loading or a back end file is missing. I performed the update after activating but it didn't solve the issue. I am currently attempting to copy files into the directory from a backup of a known good Gem install. Using FTP the file counts are matching up but I have a feeling the JS folder in the Admin didn't get all the proper files.
Attached - error is the problem I have on the site i just setup. Normal is a site I manage and it is fine.

I uploaded all of the gem theme files from todays purchase. No change.
Wordpress version 5.1.1
Hosted at GoDaddy. I have 2 Wordpress sites on same server and the other site's theme options page loads properly.
I'm perplexed.
I can still use the theme options, its just not as easy since the visuals are not functioning properly.
I had to clear the cache then the theme options page loaded all good. Please close this ticket.
PS TheGem is the best!! Use it with all my clients!!
