Hi, Thank you for your good support. I purchased TheGem theme and activated it, and all plugins are activated but the Layer Slider and Revolution Slider aren't active yet and they aren't updated. I don't know what's the problem. please help me! Thank you in advance.
You don't need to activate any plugins included in the theme. All of the plugins included and required / recommended in our themes are being regularly updated via our own plugin repository. Please note: for ensuring the highest quality of working as well as full compatibility we are releasing an updates of the plugins only after checking it on possible compatibility issues with our theme
