    Hi,

    is it possible to put an email-field in the top area and a subscribe  button next to it for newsletter?

    Hi,

    Sorry, without the code changes it's not possible, you need to edit template:

    /wp-content/themes/thegem/top_area.php

    For the safety feature updates copy this file to the child theme before the editing.
