I tried downloading the theme. I waited 30 minutes and it still didn't download. I tried multiple times over an hour an was unable to download the theme a single time. Then I got a notification that I have to wait 24 hours to download the theme because I have already downloaded it 20 times in one day.
This is for a time-sensitive project and I am very frustrated that I cannot even get started.
