    which Template file to modify in order to change the look of Woocommerce shop page default Layout?

    I want to have it just as it is right now with 3 or 4 columns and with 100% width.

    pls. use following css:

    .post-type-archive-product .container {
    width: 100%;
}

    or How to modify it to 4 or 5 or 6 Columns?

    Just remove the widgets from the shop widget area in the Appearance > widgets.
