    Hi,

    Sorry, without the code changes it's not possible to make something like this, you need to edit template:

    /wp-content/themes/thegem/footer.php

    For the safety feature updates copy this file to the child theme before the editing. 

    Or may be you can try to play with the custom footers pls. take a look here:

    It is possible to make it without coding. Just create Custom Footer and apply it from Theme Options for the entire site or apply it to Current Page while editing page.
