    When I try to edit a pre-built 'Gem Basis Grid' template it takes me to a page with nothing on? See attached is the page it takes me too when I click to change the design. 

    See attached. This is what I am trying to change about the media grid design.

    Sorry, you can't edit this template. The license of the plugin WPBakery Page Builder we use doesn't provide such an opportunity.

    Please use Blog&News element.
