    I keep getting the following error messaging when I try to custom colors etc. through the theme options.

    TheGem's styles cannot be customized because file "xxxxxxxxx-URL of sit-xxxxxxx/custom.css" cannot be modified. Please check your server's settings. Then click "Save Changes" button.

    pls. provide the wp-admin and FTP access
