Hey, I am having trouble installing demo content. After first 10-20 attempts it showed me Ajax Error, But then on 21st attempt it successfully installed but when clicked on preview website the demo content become broken. I am trying to install Dark Agency demo content. Kindly look into it as i have opened a ticket before and you guys haven't replied there.
I am having the same issue with your TheGem Demo Import, and I contacted Wordpress because I cannot access to the php.ini because they are hosting my website.
But they send me this link.. my account is eCommerce
Also they write this to me:
Share that link, but also let them know that we use a managed service, so each setting can’t be changed or modified for any individual site, and also that we do not offer FTP as an option but can work with the standard XML import file
it's not normal that the hoster can't change the settings and did give you FTP access to the site. What you will to do if you need change something in the theme files or add any file to the child theme? In you should run from this hosting and get any normal, take a look:
