Hi!

I have problem with my brand new The Gem. Specifically with demo theme "Media Agency" (background with mountains). Everything is just cutted or moved. I don't know how explain it so I attach some screens.

Site is working. Refresh few times because its testing server and sometimes has little problem with stability.

Site is working. Even Jetpack shows site is working. Ok, thank you for help. I'll try fix it by myself or just return my order. ;/

I found a problem but idk how fix it. If in "Full width container"(WP Bakery Page Builder) settings I deleted background image(screen 1) problem disappeared.(screen 2). But when I selected again background image problem existing.(screen 3 and 4). The main problem is with "layers"? I don't know how to change it.

Look, when I have solid color background it looks like:

top layer: Services text and services boxes 

second layer: Full width container with solid color background

When background image exists it looks like:

top layer: Full width container with image background

second layer: Services text and services boxes 

Sorry for my English. I'm not English native. 

z-index for the background image needs to be modified. I'm trying to find where that CSS is set now but if one of the devs wants to jump in please do to save me time. I'm not a CSS expert.

Ok easiest way to fix this is goto the Appearance section of your Admin portal and select customize to load the customizer. Select Additional CSS at the bottom and paste the following:

.fullwidth-block .fullwidth-block-background {
 z-index: 0;
}

If the devs have a better solution feel free to use it but this seems to be working for me on the media agency demo.

"Contact us" is still foggy/cloudy. Clouds cover text fields and it's unreadable.

Ok. Close a ticket, please. Media agency demo is too buggy to work with it. Anyway thanks for help.
