    I am using a countdown for an event on my website. There is an field for "Event Date", but where do i put the time of the event?

    Sorry it's not possible to change the time there, there used server time...

    Please note if you comment on your ticket before we reply, your ticket will be pushed down of the tickets list.

    That is so strange - than it is totally useless as a countdown???
