    Hello there!

    I have a had this theme for a year so more and it was working fine. Today me and my client tried to view the site and it loads slow or not at all and we get the 504 gateway time-out error. My guess is that WPBakery not being active is to blame. I know I don't have to update the license as its given to me when I bought the Gem Theme. So I'm wondering what the problem is. 

    Do I have to redownload the The Gem Theme? and re upload it to wordpress?  

    Attached is a screenshot of what happens when I try to use WPBakery.

    Hi,

    You need to update theme to the last version to fix this issue:

    Updating Theme and Plugins (Theme version 3.4 and older)

    Hey Gregor,

    I updated theme and now some elements of the website are not showing. The Team photos, address and hours...And the welcome message is still getting cut off by the revolution slider.

    Hey Gregor,

    disregard my comment. I had to clear the browser cache and reconfigure the main menu, footers and a few colors in the menu. Nothing major. Thanks for your help!
