The hotel theme has no payment system set up, no proper booking management system or plugin. The booking form is simply a form which sends emails. The customer cannot book and make payment.
I believe these are things that should me made clear on you theme description in envato. So a person can see what to expect before purchasing the theme
There is no point made there that says a person will need to search for other plugins to make the hotel theme complete. The link you sent is just a link to your demo page.
pls. be so kind to understand that thegem not out of the box ready solution, 99% of the themes are the same. There huge count of the booking plugin, you just need to choose it for your needs, fox example take a look here:

By default in the theme we don't have such functionality, you need to look third-party plugin for your needs..
