I bought the theme, installed it and activated on my website. Then I created a subdomain and activated the theme there too. Now I deleted the subdomain but my main site doesn't allow me to activate the theme. Could you please help me?

I used the theme on only on subdomains to import some demo options and then copy them in the main site (giffonihub.com). I wasn't try to violate the license agreement.
I've been having problems activating my theme, so far I haven't uploaded any website online with the theme, I've just tried to test it on localhost to learn how to use it, but now I need it to upload my first website, can you help me?
Also they don't let me open tickets for something as simple as asking because something I paid for doesn't work and I haven't used for a while

Our server automatically blocked license if it is used several times on different urls.
It will not blocked if url of site is "localhost" (127.0.0.1) or subdomain like "%dev.%".
