So I am using the Gem for my wordpress theme. I was wondering how I can I create a main homepage banner that shows my picture the first thing when a user lands on my site?

I was not able to find what 'section' to do this edit in... "headers?" "Navigation?" "main menu?"
An example of what I would like would be from this site...

You can see that the first thing you see is a picture of him... and then you can scroll down to begin seeing the content.

How do I make it so that I can show a picture of myself when I land on my site? (www.saleslucky.com)
