I purchased The Gem theme, which promises "400+ ready-to-use templates".
Now installing the theme and trying to use those templates, WP bakery says "failed to download" and it looks like I need to buy a separate liscence for that??? Sorry but this looks like misleading the buyer as I haven't got what promised. Really looking forward to comment on this situation....
By downloading the WP Bakery own templates, you are trying to access their premium content (it is not our content), which is available only in a standalone license version of WP Bakery plugin. We have included WP Bakery in our theme as a bundled plugin under developer license. This means, that all features and functions are available for usage, except additional template libraries, which are part of the standalone premium WP Bakery license.

Now another obstacle- I have elements on my page, which are not found either frontend or backend editor. How can I remove them from the page? I highlighted those elements with red.
